Guidelines for Uploading Accepted E-Poster Presentations

IMPORTANT - E-POSTER UPLOAD

All accepted e-poster presenters are required to prepare their presentation using the official AP IRIA 2026 e-poster PowerPoint template provided by the Scientific Committee.

  • The completed e-poster presentation must be uploaded on or before 15th September 2026.
  • To download the Paper Presentation Template, please visit the Abstract tab on the website.
  • E-Poster Presentation Upload Link - Click Here - to Submit.
  • The uploaded presentation will be treated as the final version for scientific evaluation and conference display.

E-POSTER PRESENTATION & DISPLAY

  • There will be no on-stage presentation for the e-poster category.
  • All accepted e-posters will be available for viewing on dedicated Digital Display Stations at the Professor Kakarla Subbarao Scientific Corridor during AP IRIA 2026.
  • Scientific evaluation of the submitted e-posters will be completed in advance. There will be no on-site judging or viva for the e-poster category.
  • The Top Three E-Poster winners will be announced during the conference.

PRESENTATION FORMAT

  • Prepare the e-poster as a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation. The preferred format is .pptx.
  • The presentation must not exceed 10 slides in total, including the title slide, conclusion and references.
  • Use the official AP IRIA 2026 e-poster template provided. Only one sample/template is provided; maintain the same overall conference format while preparing the presentation.
  • The file size should not exceed 20 MB and the presentation should be uploaded as a single PowerPoint file.
  • Use standard system fonts only. Clear fonts such as Arial, Helvetica, Calibri, Verdana or Times New Roman are recommended.
  • Use high-quality radiological images. Images should be appropriately enlarged, clearly labelled and arranged to demonstrate the relevant findings.
  • Avoid copying and pasting images directly from other applications. Prefer inserting JPG or PNG image files through PowerPoint's Insert Picture function.
  • All supporting images/media should be embedded within the PowerPoint file.

CONTENT OF THE E-POSTER

The slide structure may be adapted according to the type of submission (original study, case series, pictorial review or case report). As applicable, the presentation should include:

  • Title
  • Author list (maximum of 6 authors, including the presenting author)
  • Institution / Organisation
  • Abstract ID / Conference Registration Number
  • Aim and objectives / Background
  • Materials and methods or Case presentation
  • Imaging findings / Results
  • Discussion / Key learning points
  • Conclusion / Summary
  • References

SCIENTIFIC & ETHICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • The e-poster must accurately reflect the contents of the submitted and accepted abstract.
  • Substantial deviation from the accepted abstract may result in appropriate action by the Scientific Committee.
  • Sources of borrowed material must be clearly acknowledged, with appropriate citations for copyrighted material.
  • Patient confidentiality must be strictly protected. Do not include patient names, hospital numbers, dates or any other identifying information. Appropriate consent must be obtained wherever required.
  • Any relevant conflict of interest should be appropriately disclosed.

FILE NAMING

Rename the PowerPoint file using your Abstract ID before uploading.
Recommended format: APIRIA_EPOSTER_AbstractID.pptx
Example: APIRIA_EPOSTER_123.pptx

IMPORTANT

All accepted e-posters must be uploaded within the stipulated deadline to be included in the final scientific display and evaluation process.
