Guidelines for Uploading Accepted Paper Presentations

For all accepted Paper Presentations

IMPORTANT – PRESENTATION UPLOAD

All accepted paper presenters are required to prepare their presentation using the official AP IRIA 2026 PowerPoint template / sample PPTX provided by the Scientific Committee.

  • Please upload your completed Paper Presentation through the dedicated upload link on or before 15 September 2026.
  • To download the Paper Presentation Template, please visit the Abstract tab on the website.
  • Presentation Upload Link - Click Here - to Submit.
  • The presentation submitted through this upload process will be treated as the final presentation for scientific review and conference display/presentation.

PRESENTATION CATEGORIES

All uploaded Paper Presentations will be considered under the following two categories:

Proffered Paper Presentations

All accepted papers will initially be received as Proffered Paper Presentations. These presentations will be available for viewing on dedicated Digital Display Stations at the Professor Kakarla Subbarao Scientific Corridor during AP IRIA 2026.

Competitive Paper Presentations

From the uploaded presentations received by the Scientific Committee, 12 papers will be shortlisted for the Competitive Paper Presentation category. These 12 papers will be presented on stage as part of the Scientific Programme. The date, time and session details will be communicated separately.

  • Competitive Paper presentation duration: 8 minutes.
  • Discussion with judges: 2 minutes.

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • Please check your registered email inbox and spam/junk folder regularly for acceptance letters and further communication.
  • The presentation must accurately reflect the contents of the submitted abstract.
  • Substantial deviations from, or failure to present, the submitted work may result in appropriate action by the Scientific Committee.
  • Sources of borrowed material must be clearly acknowledged in the slides, with full citations for copyrighted material.
  • The presentation should be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint (PowerPoint 2010 or later).
  • The preferred file format is Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx); .pptx is strongly recommended.
  • The presentation should not exceed a maximum of 16 slides, including the title slide, conclusion and references.
  • The presentation file size should not exceed 20 MB.
  • Patient confidentiality must be strictly protected. Do not include patient names, hospital numbers, or any other identifying information. Appropriate consent must be obtained wherever required.
  • Use the official AP IRIA 2026 title-slide and continuation-slide template provided with these guidelines.
  • Use clear, readable fonts such as Arial, Helvetica, Calibri, Verdana or Times New Roman, and use high-quality images. Images, illustrations and photographs should be enlarged sufficiently to demonstrate the relevant findings.
  • Use standard system fonts only. Avoid non-standard Windows fonts or language-specific fonts that may not display correctly on another system.
  • The presentation must be saved as a single PowerPoint file with all supporting media/images embedded within the presentation.

    Your paper presentation should include, as applicable:

    • Title
    • Author list (maximum of 6 authors, including the presenting author)
    • Conference registration number / Abstract ID, as instructed
    • Aims and objectives
    • Materials and methods
    • Results
    • Discussion
    • Conclusion
    • References
  • Avoid copying and pasting images directly from other applications. Prefer PowerPoint's Insert Picture function and insert images from JPG or PNG files.
  • Presenters should not depend on their own laptop or external storage media for the final conference presentation. The uploaded presentation will be used by the conference team.
  • Changes in the presentation category, date or time assigned by the Scientific Committee cannot be guaranteed.
  • By submitting/uploading the presentation, the presenter confirms that there is no conflict of interest that has not been appropriately disclosed.

FILE NAMING

Rename the PowerPoint file using your Abstract ID before uploading.
Recommended format: APIRIA_AbstractID.pptx
Example: APIRIA_123.pptx
